Service Description

For teens who feel off-balance, overwhelmed, or just not themselves lately. Hormones. Mood swings. Period pain. Skin breakouts. Constant tiredness. Teen years can be tough, and when your body feels like it’s changing faster than you can keep up, it can be even harder. My Teen Wellness Consult is designed to provide gentle, holistic support for young women navigating hormonal changes, fatigue, stress, and other common teen health concerns. What’s Included: - A 45-minute 1:1 consultation (with space for a parent to join if desired). - A safe, confidential, and supportive space where your teen can feel seen and heard. - A simple, practical wellness plan—focused on nutrition, daily rhythms, mood support, and hormonal balance. - 1 x email to check in on how things are going. Small print - In your teen's wellness plan, I will present my clinical findings and suggestions on the best immediate action for your teen's health goals. Your teen's wellness plan will also contain herbal and nutritional medicine supplement recommendations to get their health journey off to the best start, which are available through me at additional cost. Naturopathy is not a quick fix and regular monthly maintenance appointments are highly recommended until health goals are reached. Only 1 x email is allowed between your sessions.  Email contact must only be a simple question relevant to something in your wellness plan or reordering products. Any detailed communication will be discussed at your next appointment, or if you require an answer sooner, this will incur a $50 admin fee to cover this added support.
