I have created this because I know that it takes each of us at least 90 days to make the positive and sustainable changes it takes to begin seeing real results and outcomes with our health. Our initial consultation is where we get as much information about your health story as possible, both what is happening currently and your detailed health history. From here I will create your wellness plan which you will receive via email within 7 days of us meeting. This plan will be centered around your health goals and the timeframe we can achieve them in. Your wellness plan will be packed with nutritional and lifestyle guidance, along with any other *herbal and *nutritional medicine recommendations to get your health journey off to the best start (*at additional cost). This 4 Session Naturopathic Package includes: - An in-depth Initial Naturopathic consultation  - Your wellness plan including lifestyle and nutritional suggestions, along with suggestions for supplements*  - 3 In-depth follow up consultations up to 60 minutes (ideally spaced out to around every 3-4 weeks) with notes following each meeting to keep us focused on your health. - 1 x email between appointments to ask a simple question related to your plan, or to reorder products. Please note: Detailed communication and questions will be discussed at your next appointment. Should you require an answer sooner than this, a $50 admin will be incurred to cover this extra support.
