Service Description

Up to 45 minutes to follow up on your Naturopathic care. Important! If it has been more than 12 months since our last appointment please book an Express Initial Consultation instead. Please note: Only 1 x email is allowed between your sessions. Email contact must only be a simple question relevant to something in your wellness plan or reordering products. Any detailed communication will be discussed at your next appointment. Additional emails will incur a $50 admin fee to reflect this added support.

Cancellation Policy

By booking your appointment with Calyx Health you agree to the Terms of Use are explained here: https://www.calyxhealth.nz/terms-of-use. Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
