Feeling burnt out, exhausted, or like your hormones are running the show? You don't need to go it alone, and you don’t need to keep pushing through on empty. If you've been wanting to work with a naturopath but weren’t sure if it was the right time or financial fit, this is for you. I’ve created a new Express Initial Consultation—a shorter, more affordable way to get personalised holistic support without compromising on care. What’s Included: - A 45-minute one-on-one session focused on your most pressing concerns (think: fatigue, hormonal imbalances, stress, PMS, perimenopause, burnout). - A targeted wellness plan tailored to your needs, with practical, achievable nutrition and lifestyle strategies. - 1 x Email follow-up to check in and tweak your plan if needed. - A clear path forward—whether that’s continued support, further testing, or moving into one of my packages. Small print - In your wellness plan, I will present my clinical findings and suggestions on the best immediate action for your health goals. Your wellness plan will also contain herbal and nutritional medicine supplement recommendations to get your health journey off to the best start, which are available through me at additional cost. Naturopathy is not a quick fix and regular monthly maintenance appointments are highly recommended until you have reached your health goals. Only 1 x email is allowed between your sessions. Email contact must only be a simple question relevant to something in your wellness plan or reordering products. Any detailed communication will be discussed at your next appointment, or if you require an answer sooner, this will incur a $50 admin fee to cover this added support.

Cancellation Policy

Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book an appointment, that time is removed from availability for other clients, and preparation is undertaken to ensure you receive the best possible care. I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee applies to: - Late cancellations - Missed appointments - Appointments forgotten or not attended - Last-minute rescheduling requests within the 48-hour timeframe Please note that this fee is not a charge for care you have not received. It is an administration fee that acknowledges the time reserved for you, the preparation involved, and the impact of late changes on a small business. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible by email or text message.
