Service Description

We may need to have a number of follow-up consultations based on your child/teen's health history and their response to treatment. The number of follow ups we need to have will be assessed as we go, and will usually be booked at the end of each consult. Choose this option if it has been a while since we have caught up, and you and your child/teen would like some time with me to revisit their health goals, or perhaps you want to create some new ones! Please note: I am happy to answer a simple question or two preferably via email at the start of treatment or if there are changes made to your plan, otherwise a follow-up appointment will provide the opportunity to go over detailed information and to cover any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
