The ultimate relaxation and relief for expecting mamas, after the first trimester. Pregnancy massage helps to ease the pressure on your body, particularly your hips and lower back. A pregnancy massage includes muscle relief and relaxation over areas including hips, back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, and will be adapted to your specific needs.

Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
