Maintenance follow up - 30 minutes

Service Description

Maintenance Follow-up appointments are for clients who are committing to regular Naturopathic care i.e. every 3-4 weeks, or for those who want to have a quick catch up about their health discussing 1 issue. Email contact may include a question relevant to something in your wellness plan/notes, appointments/changes to appointments, reordering products, and the like. No two of us are the same so the number of follow up appointments we will need will depend on what your health goals are and how committed you are to achieving them. The number of follow ups we need to have will be assessed as we go, and will usually be booked at the end of each consult. Amy usually invests around 1-2 hours of research and preparation time into each follow-up appointment and delivers notes, recipes, resources, and updates on your direction together via email following your meeting. Important! If it has been more than 6 months since our last appointment, your health has changed significantly and you would like some time with me to revisit your health goals, or perhaps even create some new ones please choose and book an 'Extended Follow-up' appointment. Please note: Amy is happy to answer a simple question or two preferably via email at the start of treatment or if there are changes made to your plan, otherwise a follow-up appointment will provide the opportunity to go over detailed information and to cover any questions you may have.

Cancelation Policy

By booking your appointment with Calyx Health you agree to the Terms of Use explained here: https://www.calyxhealth.nz/terms-of-use. Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. You are welcome to find another person to take your appointment space. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
