Initial Naturopathic Consultation

Service Description

An initial consultation where I get as much information about your health story as possible, both what is happening currently and your detailed health history. You will receive your wellness plan via email within 7 days of our meeting. This plan will be centered around your health goals and the timeframe we can achieve them. In your wellness plan, I will present to you my clinical findings and my suggestions on the best action to take centered around your health goals. My wellness plans are packed with nutritional and lifestyle guidance, along with *herbal and *nutritional medicine recommendations to get your health journey off to the best start (*at additional cost). Regular monthly maintenance appointments are advised at least until you have reached your health goals. Please note: Only 1 x email is allowed between your sessions.  Email contact must only be a simple question relevant to something in your wellness plan or reordering products. Any detailed communication will be discussed at your next appointment, or if you require an answer sooner, this will incur a $50 admin fee to cover this added support.

Cancellation Policy

By booking your appointment with Calyx Health you agree to the Terms of Use are explained here: https://www.calyxhealth.nz/terms-of-use. Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
