60 Minute Follow Up - In person

Service Description

A 60-minute follow up appointment allows us the opportunity to discuss your health in more depth. Your health may have changed significantly meaning we need more time to review your health, herbal formula, supplements, etc. You may have fallen back into old patterns and want to revisit your health goals - or you might even want to create some new goals! Please note: Only 1 x email is allowed between your sessions.  Email contact must only be a simple question relevant to something in your wellness plan or reordering products. Any detailed communication will be discussed at your next appointment. Otherwise, additional emails will incur a $50 admin fee to reflect this added support.

Cancellation Policy

Because I value both your time and mine, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Calyx Health no less than 48 hours notice is required to organise this. Any notice given less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for your appointment, and "repeat offenders" will risk their opportunity for future appointments.
